Free to Good Home — NWA Non-Profit Awareness Blog

Balance, Blogging

Perhaps the greatest sin in social media is allowing a web site to lie fallow. Despite my best intentions, I’ve done this with nwaCares.com, a site I created to help publicize the good work of area non-profits and community-building organizations in Northwest Arkansas. I’d love to see the site continue in some fashion. Rather than kill it outright, I’d be happy to give the domain and existing content to anyone who would like to continue offering it as a resource to the community.

If no one steps forward by the end of this month, I’ll pull the site’s plug. It’s time for me to eliminate any extra distractions in my life and focus on work, family and my upcoming class at the UA. If you’re interested in taking over the site, leave a comment on this post or the nwaCares site itself.

When I was looking for a new home for my domain http://www.nwacharity.com, the Naturals were the second to step forward with an interest in it. They wanted to use it to help the charities while they raised awareness about the Naturals. Maybe they’d be interested.
